Lose weight and keep it off!
This program of 45 minutes of body weight training and cardio intervals, Tabata or HIIT style training, will have you toned and sleek in a short time. Nutrition coaching will also be a part of this program.
This class is one hour and will require you to do some extra workouts on your own for best results.
You will be part of a study group for me to document results based on new studies I am following in the Fitness and Nutrition Industry.
The price of this program is radically reduced for the study purposes and will increase at a later date. Perfect timing!!!

Phyllis has over 30 years in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and health club director. Over the years she has certified with NASM, ACE, AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, MAFA, Les Mills, SilverSneakers, Zumba level 1, 2, Zumba Toning Zumba Gold and Aqua Zumba, P90X, Insanity, PiYo, Apex and DotFit Nutrition and is Stott Pilates trained for Mat and intermediate Reformer.
