The luncheon this month is being held at one of Bangkok’s finest restaurants, Le Normandie at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It will be held on Tuesday, March 27, at Noon. The cost for members is 1,400 baht net.

Year after year, Le Normandie has been awarded perfect 10s in each of the following categories: setting, food, wine and service. So isn’t it time we stop in for lunch? When you register online, you’ll make your selections from the following menu:

First Course:
Variations sur le saumon
(Salmon variations: tartare, confit, mousseline, parsley jus)
OR
Gambas rôties, Parmesan, huile d’olive et ail confit
(Roasted tiger prawns, Parmesan, olive oil and preserved garlic)
OR
Mousseline de tomate et basilic, oeuf poché
(Cold tomatoes & basil mousse, poached egg - Vegetarian)

Second Course
Magret de canard rôti, purée de carotte à l’orange et Mandarine Napoléon
(Roasted duck breast, orange and carrot purée, Mandarine Napoléon pan-jus)

Bar en croûte de piment d’Espelette et Parmesan, jus au chorizo
(Sea bass crusted with Parmesan and Espelette pepper, Chorizo jus)
OR
Barigoule de légumes, jus de persil plat
(Variation of seasonal vegetables with parsley jus - Vegetarian)

Dessert
Gateau au caramel et sorbet au lait
(Soft caramel cake with buttermilk sorbet)

Coffee or tea is included in the net price of just 1,400 baht.
Wine will be available to purchase separately.

It’s our belief that this luncheon, which is limited to just 20 members, will sell out very quickly. Registration will open on Monday, March 5th, so mark the date and be ready to sign up as soon as you see it available. You will get an e-mail blast as a reminder before registration opens.

Le Normandie is tucked away like a hidden gem within the Oriental. So we will meet as a group at 11:45am in the main lobby of the hotel and proceed to the restaurant as a group at 12:00. Looking forward to sharing an elegant, extravagant luncheon with you.
