Co-Presidents ~ Cindy Shotliff and Jennifer Sparks
We have enjoyed the opportunity to work for the women of AWC as Co-Presidents this past few months. As the Club continues to grow and change, we look forward to continuing the AWC traditions of welcoming women to Thailand and pursuing the local philanthropic activities that support our new home.
ABOUT CINDY AND JENNIFER: They bring more than 41 combined years of professional work and community volunteer experience to the role of Co-Presidents. Cindy is a speech-language pathologist, and Jennifer is an entrepreneur and business owner. Together they have combined experience volunteering in their respective local and professional communities around the world, including positions with organizations such as Girl Scouts, fire department, churches, universities, PTA and even with our own AWC. I have been living in Bangkok for one year with my husband and two children. We moved here from Texas for my husband’s job and are enjoying our new city tremendously. In my spare time, I watch Asian dramas and listen to music while singing along off-key. I also enjoy spending time with my children at their school and volunteering in their classrooms. AWC has been a great place for me to meet fabulous new friends while living in Bangkok. I look forward to organizing the upcoming Breakfast at the Oscars 2019 as part of the duties of 2nd VP. Contact Hong.

I am a recently retired senior high-tech business executive with 30 years of global experience. I was most recently employed as Vice President, IDT Telecom Asia Pacific, and was previously employed by AT&T for 20+ years. I lived in my younger days in New Jersey, hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, and a Master’s Degree in Systems Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Always a career girl, I have travelled extensively for both business and pleasure and am happily single with no kids. Contact Cheryl.
