72-HOUR ONLINE LUXURY AUCTION 

PRIZE: 2 Night Stay in a Luxury Suite at Rosewood Phnom Penh, including breakfast

AUCTION PERIOD (Thai time):

Starts: Monday, Feb 27th, at 9:00am
Ends: Wednesday, March 1st, at Midnight 

PROCESS: Email will be sent to all eligible bidders each day for 3 days. Upon opening the email, participants will follow the link to the Bidding Form to provide required information and place their bid.

Day #1 Open email, click link to bidding form, fill in information & bid
Day #2 Same as above but bidding begins with previous day highest ending bid
Day #3  Bidding begins with previous day highest ending bid

TERMS & DISCLAIMERS:

  1. Eligible bidders include attendees at the Restaurant Potong Scholarship Fundraiser and all AWC active Members.
  2. The same person may submit multiple bids. You may bid as many times as you want.
  3. If there are multiple bids of the same amount each day, the first person to bid that amount will have priority.
  4. The highest qualified bid at the auction close on Wednesday, March 1st, wins the item.
  5. No additional bids will be accepted once the auction closes on Wednesday, March 1st, at midnight.
  6. Once the auction is closed, the winner will be notified by email or phone.
  7. Winner must pay for item within 72 hours of notification. (THB cash or by domestic bank transfer into AWC Thailand's account.)
  8. If winner does not make payment within 72 hours, the next highest bidder at auction close wins the prize and will be notified.
  9. The auction item value listed is an estimate of Fair Market Value.
  10. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from AWC Thailand or Rosewood Phnom Penh, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees connected with this auction.
  11. Bids will be audited by two members of the AWC Board of Directors who are not participating in the auction bidding.
