Have you ever wondered how the French make such luscious baked creations? Come discover the great secrets and little tips that make French patisserie such a complex and graceful art form with our Choux Workshop at L’ecole Bangkok Cooking School. We will learn how to make choux cream (cream puffs), swans and chocolate éclairs. In the process we will practice a variety of baking and piping techniques.
You will go home with recipes to make these delicious sweets for your friends and family and, of course, your patisseries in a box.
