Please mark your calendars and register to attend the Membership Gathering, formerly Membership Coffee, on Tuesday, August 21st from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Amy Jenkins is hosting in her home, and she asks you to please bring a finger food item to share. Beyond spending quality time together and eating great food, we are going to hear about a wonderful organization called NEEDeed.

NEEDeed was established in 2011 with the goal of offering professional expatriates an opportunity to utilize their areas of expertise in local non-profit organizations. NEEDeed offers employed and unemployed professionals the opportunity to volunteer their skills and gain experience locally while providing non-profits with expertise they cannot otherwise afford but need. They value professional integrity, sustainable solutions and cross-sectoral approaches.

Ildiko Modla-Szalai, the founder of NEEDeed, will tell you more about this organization and how to contribute to the dynamic work NEEDeed is doing. We hope to see you there.
