Base fee:
  • Family members and out-of-town visitors shall pay at the member rate.
  • Any woman living in Thailand is eligible to join AWC.
Khun May Kaidee is a well-known chef not only in Bangkok but all over the world for her Thai vegetarian cooking. Coming from humble beginnings in the Northeast, Khun May found her success through hard work and determination. One day being over-fatigued from the long hours of work, she decided to go meatless, and her wild success story began. Khun May has reaped countless accolades from across Europe through her cooking.

We will take a trip down a bustling local market in our day packed with so many things to learn~from Thai spices to making curry pastes. Nine recipes will be taught and we will enjoy eating them afterwards. You can also take them home for your family to enjoy!

Dishes we will learn:
  • Tom Yum Soup
  • Tom Kha Soup
  • Isaan (Northern Thailand) Vegetables
  • Fried Vegetables with Ginger and Cashew Nuts
  • Pad Thai
  • Peanut Sauce
  • Masaman Curry
  • Green Curry
  • Fresh Spring Rolls
We will be served Mango & Black Sticky Rice for dessert.

Donation: 1,100 baht Member & Guest
                2,200 baht Nonmember

Limit: 10 minimum, 15 maximum
