How to Renew

When you log in to the secure server with your email address and password, you will arrive at a page entitled "Members Only". To access your data, click on "View Profile" (it's under your name at the top right).

While you're in your profile, please take a few minutes to review and update your information. We like to know as much about you as you are willing to share. (Your information is visible only to other AWC members). If you need to make any changes (such as adding your photo), click on "Edit Profile" button near the top. When you have finished, be sure to click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.

To initiate your membership renewal, click on "RENEW UNTIL..." and follow the steps to complete the process. You may cancel or go back at any stage. Once you click on "CONFIRM" you will have the opportunity to print the renewal details, payment instructions or receipt.

The annual dues of 2,000 baht support the social, cultural and philanthropic activities of the AWC. We offer 4 payment options. 

  1. Cash at Casual Connections on Monday mornings (10-11:30am). Or at AWC activities and lunches when a representative will be available to collect payments.
  2. Domestic (Thai) Bank Transfer into AWC's account: This can be done via mobile app, ATM card or online banking site, depending on how you set up your account. A small fee may be charged by your bank.

    After making the bank transfer/deposit, you MUST scan/e-mail us a copy of the deposit slip for our records to treas@awcthailand.org. Our bank statement does not show the name of the person making the deposit, and we want to make sure we credit you properly. Questions? Email treas@awcthailand.org.
  3. PayPal (fee applies) 
    If you pay using PayPal, your renewal will be effective immediately, and you will be set for another year.

    If you choose the other payment options, you need to pay within 30 days. During this time your membership status will remain active and you will continue to have access to our member community online, including activity sign-ups and more. Until the renewal has been finalized, a message will appear with your profile that your renewal has been initiated. We have no control over this message, so we hope you won't wait long to finalize your renewal.

  4. Credit Card: Email the AWC Treasurer, treas@awcthailand.org, and she will create an invoice for you.

We look forward to having you continue your membership in AWC and hope to see you soon at a coffee, lunch or activity soon. Remember that membership in the American Women's Club is open to any woman living in Thailand. All nationalities are welcome to join. Do encourage your friends to join, too.
