Greek cooking offers incredibly rich and diverse flavors and Elena knows all about it! Elena is an AWC member and the co-owner of “Olive Kebab & Cafe.”

During this morning class you will learn three courses:

Appetizer: Saganaku - prawn & feta cheese in tomato sauce
Main Course: Chicken Souvlaki with salad and yoghurt sauce
Dessert: Galaktoboureko (in other words, phyllo pastry in custard cream, a yummy tart!)

The class will be conducted with a combination of demonstration as well as hands-on. At the end you get to eat what you make, and you will receive a copy of the recipes to try at home.

Limit: 12 persons
Deadline to sign up online and pay at the office is April 26th.
